Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If the item received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, videos and order details, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Incorrect Purchase / Change of Mind

If an item is purchased incorrectly (including wrong part number selection, compatibility error, or change of mind), the following conditions apply:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A 30% restocking fee will apply.

  • Refund will be processed for the remaining balance once the item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend confirming compatibility and part numbers prior to purchase. Our team is happy to assist with fitment enquiries before you order.

 

Installation Requirement

All mechanical and electrical parts must be installed by a licensed and qualified automotive professional.

In any return, warranty, or fault claim case, we may request:

  • Proof of professional installation (tax invoice or workshop receipt)

  • Installer’s business details

  • Diagnostic report 

Failure to provide proof of professional installation may result in the return, warranty, or refund claim being declined.

We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or incorrect application.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
